Kigali Insight Meditation 

Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. The group will help you build and nurture your meditation practice. Our weekly practice includes 45 minutes of silent meditation, a dharma talk, a mindfulness activity and a discussion. Instructions in insight meditation provided.
