Aguka Academy Program

Aguka Academy is all about involving the trainees. The concept ‘mindfulness-based practices” is used in Aguka to refer to all or one of the following practices: “Yoga, qigong, breath-body-mind, thai-yoga massage and meditation.
Your journey through Aguka Academy starts when you are accepted in Aguka progressive training. This is a weekly training with indefinite ending period.  In order to teach Yoga, Qigong, or Breath-body mind, one has to practice for oneself for a certain period of time first and experience by means of one’s own body, mind and spirit the benefits and challenges of the practice before teaching others. By joining our progressive training program, you will be able to discover: 
If building a regular practice is for you.
If teaching mindfulness-based practices be it for business or selfless service is for you.
